1- What time can I check in/out?
You can check in from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and check out at 10:00 a.m.
Check-in/out can also be arranged with the agency at different times, depending on the availability of the relevant property.

2- Can I check out after the agency's closing time?
Yes, you can. Detailed information on how to do so is available on request.

3- When is the rent balance due? How do I pay the rent balance?
The rent balance is due on arrival, before you are given the keys. You can pay the balance in cash (up to the maximum amount provided for by law) or by credit card.

4- How much deposit is required and how do I pay it?
You are required to pay 30% of the rent as a deposit.
You can pay by bank transfer, credit card or in cash (if the amount is below the maximum provided for by law). Once the deposit is paid, the reservation of the property is confirmed.

5- Are there any extra charges?
Yes, there is a tourist tax. For the year 2023, the tourist tax is 0.70 Euro per person per night (for a maximum of 10 nights). Children under 12 do not pay the tourist tax.

6- Are bed linen and towels included?
Only in certain types of property.

7- Is a beach parasol included in the price?
Beach service is not included.

8- Are pets allowed? Are there any extra costs? Is a deposit required?
Pets are not allowed on some properties. It is advisable to check before booking.
There are no extra fees for pets.
The deposit required is 100.00 Euro.
